GIPAW holds an annual 3 day conference with generally 80 – 100 members attending. The first day of this conference starts with optional golfing or technology related training sessions. In the afternoon attendees can visit the vendor show with over 50 vendors showcasing the latest in various software packages, hardware, security, and a multitude of other technology related products. The evening ends with a planned group activity. Day two of the conference features speakers on technology related topics as well as additional opportunities to visit the vendor show. During this day, there is a lunch and business meeting, and then typically ends with a round table discussion where members can ask questions of the group and spend some time networking with others regarding common issues and solutions. Continue your discussions with your peers at dinner, on your own. The last day of the conference offers additional speakers on timely subjects that relate to information technology.

The next GIPAW Spring Conference is scheduled for May 26–28, 2027, in Appleton, Wisconsin at the Hilton Paper Valley and Fox Cities Exhibition Center. Additional details regarding the agenda, registration, and session topics will be shared as they become available.
