The State of Wisconsin has posted a position for Director of Infrastructure Support.
This position is with the Wisconsin Department of Administration, in the Division of Enterprise Technology, and is responsible for defining IT infrastructure strategy, direction, architecture, standards and management.

The State of Wisconsin has another position posted under the Director of Infrastructure Support. This position will be a deputy to the Director and is responsible for areas including disaster recovery, security, systems, servers, databases, monitoring, performance, networks and storage. This role must ensure reliable 24×7 operations and be a champion for the journey to Cloud and DevSecOps. This position will act as a liaison between IT Operations and other functions within State Government (Application Development, Data Management, Security, etc.) and outside IT (vendors and other business units as needed). This is a visible, strategic role tasked with building and maintaining a best in class IT Operations function that operates with a Cloud-appropriate and DevSecOps mindset.
