Application Deadline: 07/30/2021POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides a variety of technical work for the Information Technology (IT) Department including, but not limited to providing planning, requirements gathering, solution analysis, configuration, and system administration for on-premise and cloud-based solutions, devices, and directory services; in addition to troubleshooting, supporting, and configuring of other networked devices.POSTING PAY RANGE: $27.53/hr. – $37.17/hr. (Dodge County Labor Scale – Pay Grade “L”, Effective 7/1/21))
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Associate’s degree in Information Technology with three (3) years’ work experience in computer systems, audiovisual, networking, databases, scripting, or application support or other related IT experience.OTHER REQUIREMENTS
— Experience required in Windows server and desktop operating systems.
— Experience with computer systems and mobile device administration.
— Project management experience.
— Fingerprinting is required. Criminal background and local records check, including the Department of Transportation and NCIC/CIB wants/warrants database.
— Must meet requirements of the Dodge County Driver Qualification Policy.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
— Experience supporting Microsoft Operating Systems and Solutions (Windows, SCCM, InTune, O365, Active Directory, Azure, ect.)
— Experience supporting desktop, laptop, tablet, & mobile cellular devices
— Experience supporting audio-visual, teleconferencing, and building electronic devicesPOSITION PERKS
