2010 GIPAW Fall Meeting!!!

Members mark your calendars now!!!

It's time to register and join your peers for a day and a half of technical sessions, round table discussions, networking and a "Mystery Dinner Theatre" event at the Fall Meeting to be held at the Avalon Hotel and Conference Center in Chippewa Falls September 15th and 16th.  To the right is the agenda of what the "Board of Director's feels will be an exciting meeting.

Also remember that three Board of Director positions will be elected during Thursday’s business meeting.  If you have any interest in a position on the Board please contact an existing Board member so that you can be included on the ballot.

Reservations can be made at (888) 727-5288., with a special rate of $62.00 by mentioning that you are with “GIPAW”  This rate is available until August 15, 2010.  It is VERY important that your registration be made prior to that time as Leinenkugel Brewing Company has a large event that week making hotel room availability in Chippewa Falls minimal for September 15th and 16th.  If you are not sure if you will be attending, I would make a reservation and cancel at a later date.  The Avalon's cancellation policy is 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Please RSVP to Janet Huppert at huppert@co.pierce.wi.us by September 8th so that we can provide a head count to the Hotel for Wednesday evenings "Mystery Dinner Theatre" and Thursdays lunch.  Please indicate if you will be attending Wednesday, Thursday or both days.
